Vacation with half board for big and small guests

Our guests enjoy half board with us as standard. Included in the price are therefore:

a rich breakfast buffet with many regional specialties for small and big
a hearty 5-course dinner menu with a choice of 3 main courses (one of which is always vegetarian)
for our little guests a children's buffet with many favorite dishes but also healthy alternatives
free fruit all day long
every friday coffee & cake buffet from 15:00 to 17:00 o'clock

We also offer:

a children's lunch for children who are in childcare at lunchtime (free of charge)
a small afternoon snack in the Kids Club (free of charge)
a lunch snack menu for adults with pizza baguettes and soup (for a fee)

Tastes can be soooo different...

Adults and children often disagree on what makes good food. Some dishes that grown-ups enjoy with gusto, frequently stay untouched on children’s plates. Vice versa, meals that children love are only moderately appealing to some adults.

The team around our head chef Harald is dedicated to find a delicious solution to this little dilemma every day.
Culinary treats with regionally sourced products, at least one vegetarian alternative daily and a hearty children's buffet featuring delicious dishes and health tidbits are sure to satisfy the tastebuds of young and old.

Of course, we also cater to individual dietary requests!

We rely on regional!

Already at breakfast a great organic yogurt from two young farmers from the Ennstal awaits you. Michael and Thomas from Moserhof, are two original Ennstaler Bergbauernbuam, who have dedicated themselves completely to the homeland with their extraordinary project. They stand for genuine, unadulterated and above all tasty food. The sun, the air and the crystal clear mountain spring water form the basis for milk of the best quality. In winter the animals live in modern loose housing with the best feed, in summer you come to the alpine pasture vacation in the height, where they have with valuable grasses and mountain herbs a super basis for healthy food available. The Moserhof has also been managed organically since 1993.
Once a week, the two boys provide us with the best and freshest organic yogurt for the breakfast buffet. All info at www.milch-moserhof.at

We get our beef from a farmer directly from the village. Johann Resch from Stögergut supplies us with the finest cuts of meat for our evening menu. Short distances increase the quality of the meat massively and are also good for the environment.

Food intolerances and allergies

Gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, etc. are not foreign words for us. Please inform us about your intolerance when booking and we will be happy to organize appropriate products for you, such as gluten-free bread, goat or oat milk. Also inform us about the severity of your intolerance so that we can adjust to it.

Vegan

We offer a daily vegetarian menu selection for dinner, we can not offer you a pure vegan cuisine, unfortunately, in our small-structured kitchen team lack the hands. We ask you to consider this when booking.
