Gap fillers & last minute offers

Throughout the year we always have offers for gaps that urgently need to be filled, as well as last minute offers due to cancellations. So it always pays to take a look at this page, we look forward to receiving your enquiries. On this page you will also find a preview of good and less well-booked periods for your perfect holiday planning. 
The booking situation often changes very quickly. We try to keep this page as up-to-date as possible, but ask for your understanding if short-term changes are not immediately updated on this page - we do our best :-)

Winter 2024/2025

• January - Pistenflitzer weeks between the holidays with toddler care from one year of age
  • 11 to 18 January - several categories are bookable for 3 or 4 nights as well as by the week
    Gap filler: double room with extra bed from 15 to 19 January
    18 to 25 January
  • 2x family flat classic for 2 adults and 1-3 children 
    1x Mountainstyle family flat for 2 adults and 1-3 children
    Gap filler: Family room 1-room bookable from 18 to 22 January for 2 adults and 1-2 children 
  • 25 January to 01 February
  • several categories are bookable for 3 or 4 nights as well as by the week
    Gap filler at a special price:
  • 26 to 28 January: family room 1-room
    29 January to 1 February: 1x family room 1-room, 1x family suite mountain style, 1x family flat mountain style, 2x family flat classic 

Semester break/winter holidays:

• Holidays Vienna and Berlin (01 to 08 February 2025) - one single or single with child room available
• Holidays Burgenland/Holland etc. (8 to 15 February 2025) - due to the postponed holiday dates in some German federal states, we can currently offer you great deals in all categories ‘at a special price’
• Holidays Styria/Upper Austria (15 to 22 February 2025): 15 to 19 February: single room or single-child room for 1 adult plus 1 child, bookable for 4 nights only
• 15 to 22 February - Double room dormer for one adult and up to two children has become available again due to a cancellation
• Holiday week 22 February to 01 March 2025 - we can currently make you great offers in all categories ‘at a special price’
• March (carnival holidays): 01 - 08 March 2025 - a sunny triple room with shower/WC, south-facing balcony, a single room or single-child room for 1 adult plus 1 child
• from 08 to 22 March we will be happy to make you an individual offer including ski packages (also bookable for short breaks)
• April: from 05 to 21 April we will be happy to make you great offers including ski packages
  End of season: Easter Monday, 21 April

Preview summer 2025

Since the demand for summer 2025 is already very high, here is a first insight into gap-filling offers during the summer holidays. Outside the summer holidays, rooms are still available in many categories:

July

• Rooms in various categories can still be booked until 19 July (on request, minimum stay 6 nights)
  From 19 July to 26 July there are already first gaps available for short breaks due to 10-day bookings:
• 19 to 22 July - Mountainstyle 2-room family suite for 2 adults and up to 3 children
  23 to 26 July - 2x double room for 2 adults and/or 1 child in an extra bed
  bookable by the week:
  • 1x family room 1 room for 2 adults and up to 2 children
  • 1x Mountainstyle family suite for 2 adults and up to 3 children
  • 1x double room for 2 adults and 1 child in an extra bed
  • 1x double room dormer for single with child
  • 1x single room or single with child room
• From 26 July to 02 August a few categories are still bookable on a weekly basis:
  • 1x Classic family suite for 2 adults and 1-2 children
  • 1x Mountainstyle family suite (from 27 July to 3 August) bookable for 2 adults and 1-2 children
  • 1x family studio (from 27 July to 3 August) for 2 adults and 1-2 children 
  • 1x double room for 2 adults and 1 child in an extra bed
  • 1x triple room for 2 adults and 1 child
  • 1x double room with dormer window for single + 1 child from 27.7. to 3.8. 
  • 2x single room or single with child room 
• From 02 to 09 or 10 August
  • 02. to 09. or 10. August: 4x family room 1-room for 2 adults and 1-2 children
  • 02 to 06 August: Classic 2-room family suite for 2 adults and 2 children 
  • 03 to 10 August: Triple room for 2 adults and 1 child
  •  06 to 10 August: family room 1-room for 2 adults and 1 child
  • In the week from 09 to 17 August, only the following rooms are currently still bookable:
    • amily flat, each for 2 adults and up to 3 children
      In the week from 17 August, we currently have no more rooms bookable by the week, but we still have the following gaps:
  • 17 to 22 August: Double room dormer window
    Single and single-child rooms can still be booked on a weekly basis for the whole week
    From 23 August, ONE double room, family suites and family flats can be booked by the week 
  • From 24 August a family room is available for 7 nights
