Here you will find all your included services:
- Pampering half board ......with Austrian, international & vegetarian specialties
- We pay the utmost attention to regionality and the highest quality of the products used.
- Rich breakfast buffet (07:30 to 10:00) with freshly prepared for you egg dishes, large selection of tea & coffee, fresh fruit, cheese & sausage, jams, regional milk and yogurt products, homemade house bread, homemade jams & different types of rolls fresh from the local baker ...
- 5-course choice menu in the evening (18:00 to 20:00) with crisp salad buffet, varied main courses, cheese platter and many other culinary highlights.
- Especially for young gourmets: children's buffet in the evening (daily from 18:00) and free juices from the children's juice bar all day (4 natural juices to choose from, including 3 organic juices)
- Allergies & Intolerances: We are happy to prepare dishes according to the individual needs of our guests (e.g. celiac disease, lactose intolerance ...). Please inform us already when booking! Vegan dishes we can unfortunately NOT offer, we ask you to consider this when booking.
- every friday afternoon free coffee-, tea-, and cake buffet
- Drinks for adults are not included in the price. However, at your table in the dining room, cozy in front of the fireplace or at our hotel bar, a wide selection of exquisite wines, colorful cocktails, various gins and local liquors and some insider tips from head waiter Sami await you.
- Lunch for children: from Monday to Friday you can register your children until 10 am for lunch at 12:00 pm, if you are in the hotel over the lunch period (for example, in childcare or on a ski-free day).
- Lunch for adults: we do not offer it. However, upon request we have a small lunch menu with pizza baguette, toast, salad and soup available from 11:30 to 12:45.

Children from 3 to 16 years: Monday to Friday 12:00-18:00 and 1-2x after dinner program until 20:00. - Program highlights for older kids and teens from 10 years (bowling, torchlight hikes, game nights, etc.)
- Monday to Friday: Pick-up service Minikids (only children in the Minikids course possible for children from 3 to years) at 12:00 from the ski school area at the valley station, followed by lunch at the hotel, personal handover of parents on the first day of the ski course mandatory

- For children from 1 to 3 years: no childcare
- Childcare outside the vacations (07.01.-04.02. & 04.03.-01.04.2023)
- for small children from 1 to 2,99 years: Competent and loving care with our trained and experienced childcare workers. Sunday from 09:00 to 15:00 for a maximum of 3 hours for acclimatization; and Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Lunch for the little ones in the childcare.
- For children from 3 to 6 years exciting children's programs in the hotel (creative workshop, dancing with mascot Donki, children's disco and much more) Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 18:00 plus 2x program highlights for older kids after dinner. Action programs after skiing from 15:00 to 18:00
- Monday to Friday: Pick-up service Minikids (only children in the Minikids course possible for children from 3 to 4 years) at 12:00pm from the ski school area at the valley station, followed by lunch at the hotel, personal handover of parents on the first day of the ski course mandatory
Detailed childcare hours
- Exceptional weeks: in week 7 ,February 11 to 18, and week 15, April 8 to 15 there is care for the youngest from 1 to 3 years from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
- Childcare weekend: On Saturday there is no childcare without exception, on Sunday only for acclimatization (maximum 3 hours per child) outside the vacation periods and this exclusively for children from 1 to 3 years!

- Bath bag: in your room you will find a bath bag with bath towels for the indoor swimming pool and wellness as well as bathrobes for adults. Please bring your own bathrobes for children if required.
- Infant equipment: we are happy to provide you with a fall-out protection, crib with nest, kettle, seat reducer, potty, bottle warmer, etc. We ask you to let us know before your arrival what you need in terms of infant equipment, so that we can prepare your room perfectly for you.
- Babyphone: We would like to point out that for technical reasons we cannot offer our own babyphones and recommend that you download a babyphone app (e.g. Dormi) in advance. These usually work perfectly in our fiber-optic wifi.
- Snow-sure skiing funfor big & small
- Our local mountain is the Hauser Kaibling, the easternmost mountain of the 4-mountain Schladming-Dachstein swing.
- In our local ski school - the first to be awarded the "Styrian Seal of Quality for Ski Schools" - highly motivated ski instructors work and children learn to ski in no time and have fun doing it too. A wide range of courses also awaits advanced skiers. Find out more under Skischool Haus. Andi, the boss of the ski school informs you every Saturday from 17.00 o'clock personally in the hotel about the best offer for you and your children. With him you can book the ski course then also immediately. An advance reservation is possible but not necessary.
- Extensive activity program off the slopes: winter hiking, snowshoeing, torchlight hiking, curling and much more! It doesn't always have to be skiing!
- New since winter 2021/2022: Wollis Kids Park at the valley station Hauser Kaibling for all children and ski beginners. Magic carpet and a winter playground for children await you for FREE. For the two practice lifts in the valley you can purchase your own Kids Park card.
- Ski region "4 Berge-Skischaukel Schladming-Dachstein" of the Ski Amadé ski region with its 276 kilometers of slopes and the connected ski mountains Hauser Kaibling-Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm:

- Ski rental Sport Hauser Kaibling directly at the valley station - as our guests you receive a 15% discount on your rental equipment.
- Only three minutes away from the valley station with the free ski bus. Ski bus station directly in front of the hotel. There is also the possibility to ski down to the church, which is about 5 minutes away on foot.
- Water fun and wellnessfor the whole family
- Modern and comfortable hotel indoor swimming pool (30 °C, 12 x 5 m) with comfortable loungers daily from 07.00 to 20.00, as well as family bio sauna (50 °C)
- Wellness oasis for adults only (daily 14:00 - 19:00, 1x weekly until 22.00) with infrared cabin (35 °C), Finnish sauna, ( 90 °C), Alpine herbal sweat bath (60 °C), heat bench, panoramic relaxation room, small fitness room with ergometer

- We are happy to provide bathrobes for adults and a bag with wellness towels for the time of your stay. Please note that we do NOT provide bathrobes for children. These must be brought by yourself if required.
- Adventure pools Schladming & Ramsau - these two pools are only a few minutes away from us by car. We also have two thermal baths nearby: Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt and Grimmingtherme in Bad Mitterndorf.
- Fitness: A fitness room with treadmill, ergometer, sling trainer, stepper, various dumbbells and barbells, pull-up bar and more can be found in our neighboring house Apart33. You can use this room by appointment at the reception for the price of € 9.90 per day around the clock. (Until revoked Apart4you Gmbh)

- Reception with reception area and information boards: Here you can get all the latest information about the hotel, the region and events. The weekly programme is also published here.
- Fireplace room: Our cosy lounge invites you to linger in summer and winter. Daily newspapers are available for you to take out free of charge.
- Game cabinet: a large selection of board games for children, teens and adults is also located in the lobby. You can get the key for the well-maintained games at the reception or at the Bard.
- Ski and hiking cellar: Here you can store your skis, bikes, snowboards, sledges and prams, depending on the season. There are also wall-mounted dryers for your ski boots. The room is locked in the evening. Tip in winter: a large ski depot awaits you at the Hauser Kaibling valley station!
- Donki-Shop: A great shop with regional products awaits you in the hotel lobby. It's worth taking a look and browsing.
- Parking: we provide all guests with a free, fenced car park directly at the hotel. In order to be able to offer all guests sufficient parking spaces, we kindly ask you to keep to the specified parking space markings.
- Laundry service: we are happy to wash your laundry on request (subject to a charge). Please use the bag provided for this purpose in your garment bag and write the desired degree number on it.
