It makes us - family Bliem and also our team - personally very happy when our guests leave and confirm us full of joy that they had a nice vacation. The well-being of children and adults is close to our hearts. We do not only work for a good operating result but we work to create experiences.

On numerous evaluation platforms, it is confirmed to us again and again that we do some things right. We are happy to pass on these evaluations to our team. Keyword team: Our team is really often mentioned positively on the platforms, an award that we are always happy to pass on. All evaluations are posted on the employee bulletin board. But if there is ever a bad review, we take it seriously and discuss how we could do things better at the weekly team meetings.
Questionnaires at departure
On the day of departure, we place a questionnaire on the breakfast table for all of our guests, asking them to briefly evaluate their vacation. One question of it is "Did you have a nice vacation?". With all modesty - we actually can hardly believe it ourselves - so far 99.9999% of the guests have selected "Yes - definitely". Thank you very much for this great feedback!
